The Website is operated by Buono Studio (“Buono”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Buono is a lifestyle eyewear brand creating thoughtfully designed sunglasses and optical frames for the good life.
By accessing our Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and registered users of the Website.
2. Eligibility
By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
3. Products and Product Information

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

We will not use an order cancellation to avoid our obligations concerning accepted purchases.
6. Prescription Lens Orders
Customers ordering prescription lenses are responsible for providing accurate prescription details and any other information reasonably required to fulfil the order.
Where applicable, customers should ensure that their prescription is current and suitable for their needs and that any frame measurements or fitting requirements have been considered.
Buono may request clarification before processing an order where prescription information is incomplete, inconsistent or unclear.
Where a customer supplies incorrect prescription information, frame measurements or other specifications, we may be unable to provide the intended result. Any request for correction, replacement or refund will be assessed in light of the circumstances, the information supplied, our obligations and applicable law.
Prescription products that are made or configured to a customer’s specifications may be subject to different change-of-mind return arrangements. Such arrangements will be communicated clearly before purchase and will not remove any rights the customer has in relation to defective, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products.

7. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to locations made available through our Website or confirmed by our customer support team.
Our current estimated delivery windows are:
* Lagos: Same-day delivery may be available, with typical delivery within zero to two days, depending on dispatch arrangements and the delivery location.
* Outside Lagos: Estimated delivery is three to seven days, subject to the destination and courier arrangements.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Actual delivery may be affected by order processing, public holidays, courier availability, weather, traffic, incorrect addresses and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any applicable delivery charge and available delivery options will be communicated before checkout is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the recipient can receive the order.
If delivery is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to provide relevant updates. Where an order cannot be delivered, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery method or other appropriate resolution.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where available.

8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
